12 | 21 | 18 sunrise

This piece is a part of the 'Dawn Patrol Magic' series, a collection of 8x8 contemporary takes on my favorite Virginia Beach sunrises. Each was started with a handpainted acrylic background, this one specifically inspired by the low pink glows & high blues of the sunrise on December 21, 2018. This was then followed by 4 individual resin pours leaving the high-gloss stunning finish.
